Carole has been working in hospitality and events for over 20 years. Since founding Kyles Events Ltd.  in 2011, Carole has been leading the business operations, growth strategy and team development. With a background in Finance and Business Management and a passion for customer service, Carole has transformed the business into an award-winning company that is first choice for many of the leading companies, state agencies and much loved celebrities in Ireland.

Paddy O’Neill, Owner & Head Chef

Paddy has over 20 years experience working as Head Chef in busy kitchens and managing large teams of kitchen, event and operations staff. Paddy has a flare for product development, creating unique menus and food themes to spark joy in our client’s palates. Paddy is the main driver behind our environmental and ethical sourcing policy, helping the company achieve its commitments to reducing our environmental footprint.

Sonia McLaughlin, Finance Manager

Sonia has over 20 years’ experience working in Human Resources and Accounts management for large FMCG organisations. Sonia is passionate about our environment and helps drive our ethical sourcing and procurement policy. She has played a key role in the company’s modernisation and streamlining of the financial and accounting process

Gary has over 20 years’ experience managing busy bar and events teams. Based in Malahide RFC, Gary leads the team from the front with a natural flair for service and attention to detail. Gary quickly established a reputation for creativity and high standards, whether the client event is an intimate dinner party in their home or a gala dinner for 500 people, Gary’s aim is 100% customer satisfaction.

Donna Ryan, Café & Hospitality Manager

Donna has been working in hospitality for over 20 years leading large restaurant and event teams. Based in Kyles Café in ALSAA Dublin Aiport, Donna leads the team from the front with a passion for culinary excellence, combined with a natural flair for service and attention to detail. Donna is the main driver behind our employee development and well being programs, believing in a healthy mind and healthy body mantra.

Rory O’Toole, Sales & Marketing Manager

Rory has over 20 years’ experiences working in management and operations positions in Hospitality, Education and Finance. With a strong background in Finance and Sales, Rory has lead diverse sales and events teams in some of the largest event facilties in Ireland. Rory is passionate about environmental sustainabiltiy and heads up our carbon reduction initiatives and green policy implementation. Always ahead of the shifting trends, he ensures that we are always relevant and constantly evolving to meet the sophistication our clients demand and expect.
