‘Get Crackling’ with our Hog Roast Specialty

Increasingly popular for Summer parties, Wedding Afters and Corporate Events, our unique Pig on the Spit is enjoyed by young and old alike.  Bringing a theatrical feel to your event a full Organic Pig is roasted in our state of the art roasting machine which ensures optimum tenderness and flavour.

Suitable for all occasions, catering for a minimum of 80 guests the hog is slowly rotated over gas for 6 to 8 hours and is cooked to perfection to ensure crisp crackling and tender pork.

For all hog roast events our experienced chef will attend and skilfully cut from the roast and serve it to your guests.  They can choose from suckling pork fillet, belly, shoulder and crackling.
